We sell to most countries around the world, so if you can place an order, that means sell to your area. Except some special products, free shipping on all orders.
How long does it take for delivery?
7-15 working days（Except for custom and wholesale products）.
Which countries do you ship to?
Most countries, please place orders on our websites.
We cannot provide the following services.

5. North Korea
6. Regions without logistics shipments
7. Special areas, remote areas, and island countries not listed above
How will my delivery be shipped?
UPS, FEDEX, DHL, CAINIAO,YUN express are our logistics partners, shipping opensonoma products.
I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.
